Judo Bands Workout & Tehniques for all ages (Cardiovascular,Endurance,Explosive Training)
This is a Judo workout program wich will discipline you to practice tehniques easily with elastic bands and condition your body with low weights.It includes:
-Endurance training for increase in your cardiovascular capacity, wich means it gets intense on your level with LOW weights (for explosive training I use dumbbell because I don't have a kettlebell) or even without,but... you need BANDS (I recommend rubber bands with tubular shape , 1.5-2m at least)
-Band Warm-up and you can make a workout only with them if you increase the reps 25+
-Some of Judo fundamental tehniques with bands, wich I show first on mannequin to show you the importance and utility to practice with bands!
-Coordination exercises
-Balance Exercises
-Explosive Exercises with/without bands, but you can use low weights like kettlebell (I used a dumbbell,i don't have kettlebell)
-Rotational Abs & Explosive Power (you need a weight bar,mine has 1kg)
-Grip Strength
You need some low weight equipment at your disposal for the Explosive exercises like: small plates,little dummbells,bar,kettlebell.
💪🏽 Feel free to pick 1-2 exercise for each day you decide and do them 5 minutes. In time,even in a couple of days of tenaciously doing the exercises you picked, you will see increase in your POWER,SPEED,COORDINATION, STAMINA & TEHNIQUE.
You can make a workout only from the I-Stage: Warm up exercises with bands if you want to increase your reps to 25+ each.
I recommend for Judo tehniques 10 reps each side and for Explosive training 5-10-25 reps (start low to see how you feel).
